Shipping
Domestic
- We happily ship worldwide using USPS or UPS. Rates are dependent upon speed and carrier
- We offer free ground shipping on all orders over $250 within the USA
- For orders under $250, all you have to do is create an account and we will email you a code to use at checkout for free shipping. You can use this code every time you checkout, it does not expire. (Note: Only available for orders within the USA).
- Orders are processed within 24 hours
- We do our best to ship out your order the same day it was received but please allow up to 1 day, especially for orders placed late in the day
- To guarantee 'next day' or '2-day' delivery, orders must be placed before 1pm EST
- Buyer will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number
- For security purposes, signature is required on all orders over $300. If you choose to opt out, please note so under the notes section on the checkout page.
International
- All international orders will be shipped with USPS Priority International
- Delivery time is usually 8-16 business days. For North America (Canada & Mexico) delivery time is usually 6-10 business days
- For international orders, a customs duty will be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside
- House of Holthus is not responsible for payment of this duty
In the oh-so rare case that a package is lost or stolen, House of Holthus is not responsible
